Moo-ve Over Fast Food, Mark Burger's Here to Stay

Moo-ve over Fast Food, Mark Burger's here to StayMark Burger owner and head chef Erik Rubin may have a name for a deli, but he has sliders on the mind. Aiming to serve food the whole neighborhood can enjoy (with the exception of the cow sitting above the entrance), Rubin presents his sliders, made from his own mixture of chuck, short rib, and porterhouse, fresh-ground daily.

The restaurant was born from its sliders, but Mark Burger grew up with its Guinness milk shake.

The restaurant was born from its sliders, but Mark Burger grew up with its Guinness milk shake, which will resolve your debate between ordering a beer or a shake. If you aren't a beer fan, but still want something more interesting than a vanilla milk shake, you can't go wrong with Mark Burger's bacon shake. A dessert in a glass, the base of vanilla ice cream and simple syrup transforms with the addition of oven-roasted, candied bacon.

Still have bacon on the mind? You're in luck-the signature burger's meat is mixed with chunks of apple wood smoked bacon and rendered bacon fat.

These sliders, the signature or the regular, are so good you'll want to eat 25! Well, you might not, but 25 sliders is the record, set by burger lover "Mitch the Mutilator." Mark Burger's renowned sliders inspired a standing invitation to any challenger: beat the record and the meal's on Rubin.

Though you may aim to leave the restaurant without stomach cramps, this permanent eating contest proves Mark Burger's mouthwatering reputation is no joke. Slide into a booth, saddle up to the bar, because no matter how hungry you are, Mark burger can cater to you-whether it's a single slider and a beer for happy hour or a full meal and shake to assuage your sweet tooth. Mark Burger's one of a kind, cast iron grill is always cooking up something new.
