Thanks to a unique layout, you can choose not only your dinner but also your dining experience. Enter and you're in an upscale bar, perfect for an evening drink. Walk in further to sit in the cozy alcove. Just beyond lies the main dining room, bordered by the restaurant's signature red-striped wall. The private dining room upstairs is bright and contemporary with natural light spilling in from its terrace.
Once you're seated, choose from Executive Chef Matthew Tropeano's menu. With only the freshest seasonal ingredients, these dishes will pique your palate. Start off with a French standard: Pate de Campagne, country terrine, foie gras, pistachios and sour cherries. The hearty Poulet Roti "Avellino," will make you forget summer and head right into fall, for another taste of Tropeano's roast chicken with braised cannellini beans and kale. Also recommended is the Black Bass & Butter Poached Lobster, served with a leek fondue and sauce americaine. Finish with the sweet and smooth Tourte Caprese, with fig compote and honey toasted almonds.

Owners Sally Chironis and Tito Rahman, both formerly of La Bernadin, have combined their experience and passion to guarantee La Silhoutte's success. "This isn't Hell's Kitchen," Chironis informed us, "It's Heaven's." From the flavors to the fine wine, you'll certainly feel like you're in heaven at La Silhouette.
